30 Days to A Better Body

Hi Everyone!  I'm so excited to starat my new Training program. I've been following this Trainer from London for about 6 months now.  He created a diet called The Elimination Diet which deletes everything we eat that is bad for us.  Sugar, Caffine, Alcahol, Fried food, to name a few.  He also designed a new program called the M.A.P. program which I am going to be involved with testing for him.  I am looking forward to finding out more about it and begin the excercises.  If you would like to be part of this great program, just log on to http://www.mylondonpersonaltrainer.com/  to get started today.  I'll be posting more information about it everyday  as this is a requirement.
